We took into account client's taste and proposed the concept of a modern home made of close to natural materials. The facades are made of wood, glass and Equitone stone-like fiber-cement panels.

We aimed to create the most open space in the house. The spans on the ground floor are almost 7 meters wide. We hid the reinforced floor slabs and concrete columns in the wall. Thanks to this the space of the main part of the house turned out to be spacious and airy.

We separated the house from the SPA zone with a small decorative pond. To get into SPA, you need to walk along the gallery bridge —
a suspended structure without a foundation. The inhabitants of the pond will be visible under your feet. This creates a mesmerizing effect.

In the course of the project we solved many interesting construction tasks. The result is a comfortable, bright and modern villa.
The most important thing in this project was to create an optimal floor plan while sticking to clien'ts specs.We calculated the area of the premises based on actual needs, so that the house would not be cramped.
