DARINO
A unique project that is free from conventions - the house literally merges with nature via a huge 9 meters high hall.
About the Project
Darino is a completely unique project. Despite complex and unusual shapes, the ergonomics of the house is well thought out.
At the same time, all technical rooms are located on the lower ground floor with the entrance for service personnel directly from a parking lot.

One Meeting is Enough
At a meeting with the architect we looked at the lot over a cup of coffee, identified its features and discussed the future project. It was easy to work with the guys and we managed to prepare the specs for the project at the first meeting.
The result was one of our best works, which was highly appreciated not only by clients, but also by fellow architects. A unique project with an unusual style, shape and interesting structural elements.
Freedom of Style
The clients knew what they wanted, but decided not to limit our architect. This is how the most unique and unmatchable projects are born, following the architect's intuition and scientific approach.
In this project, the author has applied several styles united by a single concept. As a result, we got about 9 diverse facades.
Floor Plan
Each side of the house is a separate and self-sufficient story: from the street you can see a part that is perceived as a front door. At the entrance to the courtyard, you can see a cozy home facade with a terrace.

Eliminating Complexities
Each project has difficult tasks and most often they are determined by the characteristics of a lot.
Project Complexities
The location of the house on two of the three available lots
The general shape of the lot was an irregular polygon.
The third lot had a gas pipe
The lot had a serious slope
Often, when solving complex problems, constructive masterpieces are born
Our Solutions
Large underground parking with almost no columns
Large walkway over the underground parking
Multilevel disposition with mezzanines
A parlor that is "floating in the air" above the underground parking lot
Complex Design Solutions
The main task was to make as less external supports for the corbels as possible in order to create the effect of lightness and not to overload the underground parking with a large number of columns.
At the same time, everything should be done reliably and efficiently, taking into account the space of the lower ground floor.
The design is always based on functionality. The frame is designed on later stages
The main highlight of this project is undoubtedly a huge glass hall, a 9 meters high ceiling, and two walls made entirely of glass.
In this part of the object the visual division between the inner and outer space is erased. This is what we call unity with nature.
Merging with the Landscape
The entrance lobby of the villa blends in perfectly with the landscape. Lush greenery seems to be “growing” from concrete steps and is effectively illuminated by LED lamps.
Client's Review
Our story is instructive. We thought we had made a great deal buying these 3 lots, and turned to Onehouse for a house project. The company insisted on a topographic survey and only then we saw connectors running right in the middle of our plots.
This connection turned out to be a high-pressure gas pipe, the re-laying of which would have taken 1 year and costed 9 million rubles. Of course, we were not ready to spend this amount and decided to look for other solutions. As for the project, Onehouse took into account absolutely all the features of the lot and our wishes.
The project turned out to be really unique, we have never seen anything like it in our life. We couldn't imagine such an interesting, functional and ergonomic house.
