We proposed to preserve the surrounding landscape and organically fit the buildings onto the lot with a 3 meters slope. The house, a bathhouse and a terrace were combined into a single space and located on a hill.

We paid particular attention to the terrace which levels the height difference on the lot. In this case, one area of ​​the terrace is open, and the other is under an awning.

The awning looks light and aesthetically pleasing. High-strength reinforced concrete structures make it as reliable as possible.

The simplicity of constructive solutions is compensated by textured materials of the facades: larch planken, architectural concrete, Equitone fiber cement panels, decorative plaster.

Designing a lot with an elevated position is a challenge for an architect. Those with a more traditional approach to construction could level the lot and create an ordinary home. We respect nature and support the «eco-friendly» trend.
