Our task was to build the most functional and comfortable house in a modern style with
a block for temporary accommodation of guests.

The main idea of the project is the utmost practicality of building solutions, functionality and visual conciseness.
Architecture

We use premium facades - interior finishing from fine-grained plaster and thermowood aluminum windows with multifunctional glass units Guardian.
We apply the main trends of modern style in the project: picture windows, flat roofs, simple geometric shapes.
Due to the different level of blocks, a one-story house takes on a non-standard shape.

The technical area includes two bathrooms, a laundry room, a dressing room and a boiler room. The second floor is an open studio for guests with access to an open terrace of 40 m2.
The first floor is divided into residential and technical areas. The living area includes a kitchen-diner and two bedrooms overlooking a view on a pine forest through panoramic windows.
