In the modern author's concept, functionality and conciseness come to the fore, as well as the desire to blur the boundaries between the interior space and the environment.

The project is based on a modern style. We used picture windows, a flat roof and thermally modified timber. A veranda with a garden was attached to the house, and a SPA zone with a bath was located separately.

The SPA-zone is designed as a separate one-story building from the main house. There is a Russian sauna, a hammam, a relaxation room, a shower and a bathroom.

The pines and spruces surround the house along the entire perimeter, filling the area with clean air, and the proximity to the forest area creates a beautiful view and soundproofing.

The project turned out to be light, warm and minimalistic. At the same time, the competent floor plan and ergonomics of the premises made it comfortable and cozy for the whole family.
