LUZHKI
V-shaped house project with a grove in the center of a lot.
About the Project
The project of a V-shaped house with a grove in the center of the lot. An unusual solution of diving the lot into two parts allowed us to play with the levels and create half-storeys, as well as to separate a swimming pool and SPA from the living areas.

Staying in Tune with Customers
Very often clients come to us on recommendations from friends. This means they trust us in advance to implement their ideas.
This is how the most unique projects that follow architect's intuition and scientific approach are born.
Architecture With an Emphasis on Nature
The task was to place a rather large house on a small lot, which was quite challenging. It was also important to preserve a small grove in the center of the lot.
To create an even greater effect of unity with nature, huge picture windows, 7-8 meters in height, were made for the living room on three sides.
Eventually, we had a V-shaped structure. The house consists of two parts of a letter: one part is residential, the second part is a SPA zone with a swimming pool, and a terrace with a grove in the center.
It turned out to be a great place for a family breakfast or a party with friends.
This is the case when the architecture, the lot, and the nature around the building we are designing all merge into one.
Unique Solutions for Daily Comfort
The main feature is half-storeys. The building is split in half, with one half raised 2 meters.
Because of this we got a few half-storeys with a drop of 2 meters and smooth short transitions between them.
This solution made it possible to fit more functional rooms in a smaller area. Large parking and swimming pool in the basement with a roof which flows smoothly into the terrace.

Minimalistic Design and Practical Operation
Practicality is always important to our client and minimalism comes very much in handy. This style is comfortable for life, gives the interior maximum relevance and functionality.
In the interior, we use the most practical and high quality materials with natural textures. This makes the strict minimalist interior warm and welcoming. One accent color is selected for each room.
Hall
The decoration of the hall continues the style of the main area. One of the walls is covered with light colored plaster to reflect natural light.
Parlor
In the parlor we wanted to experiment with finishes. Stone-like porcelain tile with darkened and mirrored wardrobe facades.
Помимо спального места предусматриваем релакс-зону для чтения книг с креслом и торшером
Second Floor Hall
Here, due to the peculiarities of the architecture, we went for a spacious mezzanine floor with a clear rhythm of columns.
To mark the unity with the first floor, we also used wood trim on the second floor.
Hall Lighting Solutions
Hidden baseboard with backlighting for a night subdued lighting.
Light pendant lights above the stairs
Illumination of individual functional areas
Decorative lighting in furniture structures
Lack of ceiling light
Sconces on columns
Main Bedroom
The bedroom consists of 2 parts: a little different in mood, but united in one style solution.
In one part, a version with a darker finish, in the other - light shades of textiles and wood.
Glass boxes with plants that act as partitions without depriving the bedroom of natural light serve as a connecting link.
This project uses Italian and domestic furniture.
Walk-in Wardrobe
The wardrobe has open storage systems, a dressing table and a full-length mirror closer to the exit.
Bathroom
In the bathroom, in all areas contacting with water, tiles with wood and dark stone textures are used; the rest of the walls are treated with light moisture-resistant decorative plaster for concrete texture look.
Thus, a balance of dark and light is maintained in the room.
Kitchen
An extensive list of kitchen gadgets pushed us towards an exceptional planning solution: to allocate a separate wall for cabinets with appliances.
We used the shelf stand to deflect attention from the column.
Mixing styles
In some areas, to create a special atmosphere, we have added oriental motifs (relaxation space) and elements of the Japanese movement wabi-sabi (massage rooms).
This gives the interior a special charm and uniqueness.
Swimming Pool
We divided the pool area into 3 functional zones: swimming, relaxation and a bar area. They follow the general concept of minimalism and practicality.
The bar area is distinguished by a wooden rack with a pleasant texture for collectible liquor.
From there, the architect draws our gaze to the viewpoints from the picture windows. This is how it turned out to be a place where you can enjoy the rest of your body and soul.

Client's Review
Sick! Sorry, I wanted to say "great", but this is sick! We have no idea how they do it. How they knew what we wanted. First, they impressed us with a house project, then with office design and renovation, and now they design and build our gym with a billiard.
They know how to treat their clients. They organize all design and construction processes in such a way that we don’t have to bother at all - all we have to do is enjoy the final product.
