The project is executed in contemporary style. It organically combines all major trends: picture windows, a flat roof, straight geometrical shapes and premium façade materials — Equitone fiber-cement panels.

A SPA complex with a swimming pool, sauna and hammam was designed as a separate block. A picture window opens up an amazing view on a lot with pines and firs and a terrace.

100 m2 awning for a car in front of the main entrance unit. Partially glazed steel truss roof without back posts. It's an amazing detail and a unique solution from an architect and constructors.

It's also impossible not to notice a 7 m picture window that is located against the ladder and covers 2 stories of the house.

The client had envisioned the house as a place for rest, relaxation and inspiration. He also laid emphasis on comfortable and safe living.

We have succeeded in meeting all of their wishes and ideas. The project was approved almost without any correction. It was a perfect and fruitful cooperation.
