We have designed a comfortable, modern and stylish home. At the same time, we didn't change the style of the previous structure much. For example, we repeated the classic design of the pitched roof.

For the reconstruction of the facade, we offered modern classical materials — glass, heat-treated wood, and a few options of taste: natural stone, dark travertine, slate or designer panels made of textured concrete painted with oil.

One of the distinct features of the project is a winter garden. Surrounded by plants and tropical air, you can practice yoga or just enjoy a cup of coffee. We also provided many areas for outdoor recreation: terraces and barbecue zones.

House renovation is always a challenging task for an architect. We were able to expand the area of ​​the house by adding additional living quarters and other functional units while optimizing shrinkage and soil overload.
