This project has become a reflection of functionality and ergonomic architecture. It has implemented the idea of creating
a complex: a house and a garage joined by an open shed. Thus, a single block of two buildings has been designed.

The project is performed in a classical style, without dominant features and unnecessary details. The chaste and basic design is emphasized by the pastel palette.

All house details, from garage to terrace, express a solid piece of architecture. Every one of them adds volume to the fundamental design.

The entire villa is faced with natural travertine stone, that creates
a solid effect, similar to the ancient Greek temple of the Parthenon.

The total surface area enabled us to build a spacious villa, with a large number of utility rooms. From all the bedroom windows on the second floor, there is a view of the water surface and the golf courses of Zavidovo resort.

The house will be the highlight of Zavidovo settlement, located in the Tver region. Its architectural style is outlined against all the wooden buildings.

The project was approved by the village administration, it was enthusiastically authorized without any changes. Unsurprisingly so, owing to the fact that contemporary classic style looks noteworthy and stylish.
