The house project is performed in a contemporary minimalism style. This style allows focusing on practical layout and functionality. It is not limited to certain cliches, furthermore, it allows combining internal space with the external environment to the fullest.

In addition to the guest house, there are other constructions to be built in the area, namely, the main house and the personnel block. Therefore, there were size limits established. Due to the number of floors, we managed to erect a house of 400 m2, using the very minimum of the site space.

Due to the fact that the house is located on a slope, it had to be designed in such a distinctive way, that from one side it seems to be two-storeyed, and from the other side — three-storeyed. The garage and the parking area can be accessed from a semi-basement, which is the lowest floor.

Hydrotechnical concrete was used while arranging the basement, that allowed us to circumvent using external waterproof layer. The outside finishing is shaped of porcelain stoneware combined with wood.

The house is located in a woodland, and panoramic windows help establish full contact with nature. In addition to the stairs, there is an elevator provided, it connects all three floors.

In the living room, there is second light arranged, thus, its ceiling height reaches 7 meters. Furthermore, there is a hanging fireplace in the corner of the room.

We considered all the customer’s wishes, and created a project that, in terms of functionality, is on a par with a full-scale house. It will be comfortable for owners, guests and personnel.

We obtained favorable impression while working on this project. We have developed mutual understanding with the client, moreover, we have endured our cooperation. We are currently designing the personnel block and the main house in a complementary style.

We considered all the customer’s wishes, and created a project that, in terms of functionality, is on a par with a full-scale house. It will be comfortable for owners, guests and personnel.
