The project has been carried out in a classic style with some Neostyle features included. The classic style not only has shown itself as a trusted and time-honored, but it would also create the base for revealing owners' character in designing both outdoor territory and interior space.

in a classic style with some Neostyle features included. The classic style not only has shown itself as a trusted and time-honored, but it would also create the base for revealing owners' character in designing both outdoor territory and interior space.

The house comprises 2 blocks that are connected by a hall. The first one includes residential and utility rooms, and the second one consists of a SPA zone.

The project has fairly laconic constructive solutions: in the central part of the house, which is facing South, there is a hall with second light included. In this zone, the ceilings are 9 meters high, and the floor-to-ceiling windows always provide all-day natural light.

The personnel block, which includes two bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room, is located within the house heat envelope. Owing to the height difference, it is located below the second-floor level, and has a separate entrance through the boiler room.

On the courtyard fasade side, there are two bright cornices, vertically reaching the ground. Bentley interior design contributed to that idea.

The client placed an order for a project that, on the one hand, would be comprehensive, on the other hand, would have its own distinctive features and solutions.

All the client’s requests and our team’s recommendations have been implemented in the project. I strongly believe that the house will be highly-demanded in the real estate market for a long time.
