The crucial issue here was highly water-saturated soil. Another issue which had to be taken into consideration was the basement with a parking lot included. The parking lot can be accessed directly from the road.

We managed to provide unconventional layout solutions on the account of the implemented complex design. Each floor does not depend on the following structural columns or loadbearing wall. All their gridlines and reinforced concrete structures do not match.

The panoramic windows are indication of contemporary architecture. Their height reaches 6 meters in kitchen and living room.

For finishing the facades, we used architectural concrete, glass, and facing plaster. For the basement and portal, we used reconstituted granite tiles.

The portal window is this project's aesthetic component. Moreover, it puts an emphasis on one of the house stairs.

There is a nanny's room on the first floor. This is a separate apartment with an individual entrance from the street, a porch, and even a view of the whole area.

Individual design allows you to consider all client's wishes, create all the best solutions for them, and combine them into a united functional organism.

The client had out-of-the-box requirements within the layout decisions. By means of applying complex constructive techniques, we managed to implement them all. The house turned out to be basic and functional at the same time.
