The customer came with an unusual task. He had a large lot in a picturesque place in the forest by a lake.

The main idea of the project is the harmony of comfortable living in nature. A small complex uniting people with similar values and principles of life.
We approached the problem from the point of marketing: determined the target audience and how townhouses should look like in oder to be successfully sold.
The concept focused on environmental friendliness and timber framing style. We designed townhouses differently. One is a typical one, it has 5 two-storey sections and an attic floor upstairs.
Another townhouse of a higher class, we used higher quality finishing materials, and instead of an attic on the third floor there is a large covered terrace where you can enjoy your time.

On the ground floor there is a dining room, a living room, a functional kitchen and a dressing room. On the second floor there is a bedroom and children's rooms. Each section has its own small terrace on the 1st floor.

At the very first stage of designing townhouses we involved our design engineer. We optimized construction and engineering costs, reduced apartment prices and provided the client with the possibility of maximum profit.
Each of the five two-story sections of the townhouse is a large apartment of 300 m2. Townhouses infrastructure retains all the advantages of a big city while being away it.
You can leave the apartment at any time and find yourself in a neat, well-groomed forest to enjoy the silence of nature and a walk along the lake.
