Concept
More
The main focus was minimalism, but it had some adjustments. We had to make it softer and more relaxed, abandoning the typical cold severity.

Therefore, we took ideas of the Scandinavian trend of minimalism — hygge, lagom, and a bit of japandi as a basis. All of them are meant to create a pleasant atmosphere.

The facility is thoroughly performed in terms of its architecture, so it was convenient to work with it. At the entrance, there is a vestibule with two dressing rooms, which smoothly connects to the hallway. We worked out a complex staircase design with wide winders and glass railings.

The first floor’s feature is a bio-fireplace that separates the main area and the cinema. It adds a special charm to the whole interior. In addition to the cinema, the first floor has a SPA zone and a hammam.

The second floor is devoted to bedrooms. There is a spacious hall in the center of the second floor, which is also the second living room.

Similar to our other best projects, this one was in rapport with the client, with almost no alterations. Besides, we were given creative freedom, which allowed us to turn fascinating interior ideas into reality. The result is a light, elegant interior in a modern style.
