We combined classical planning practices and elements of modern architecture for facades decoration. Trees played a major role in the design. A small meadow in front of the house was left untouched. This provided enough light for living rooms.

We combined classical planning practices and elements of modern architecture for facades decoration.

The main material of the facades is a yellow-white sandstone. The composition is maintained by a heat-treated fine African wood. In the entry zone we used marble and green onyx inlay.

A fence was designed as a full-fledged element of architecture and presents as the continuation of the house due to the use of the same sandstorm as in the facades.

A portal has a unique ladder shape. It's a distinctive technique of a Venice architect Carlos Scarpa. The basement is slightly lifted above the ground. Thanks to a long narrow window overlooking the pond the majority of basement rooms are well lit.

When designing a complex space we pay great attention to landscape architecture. In this project we used the elements of 18th century garden art as well as classical and modern sculptures.

A well designed landscape not only creates a comfortable space, but also compliments architecture. Thus the owners of the house will admire the reflection of the house and pines in the smooth surface of the pond.
